About Us
About Our Founder
With roots in the Midwest, Linda Koldenhoven settled with her family in sunny Florida. There she launched a Screen Actors Guild talent agency which included modeling and marketing divisions providing top tier talent. With her marketing expertise, she attracted corporate clients such as Walt Disney World, Saks Fifth Avenue, Nike, SeaWorld, Darden Restaurants, The Orlando Magic, Full Sail University and countless others. During this time, Linda served on the Florida Hospital Foundation Board. Her service on this prestigious board included the creation and inception of The Celebrity Stroll utilizing her talent which raised millions of dollars for women and girls with cancer.
Linda also founded a consulting business and immediately attracted powerhouse clients across the country with various companies and entities in the health and medical fields, education and fashion. Additionally, she was hand-selected to create and launch the very first John C. Maxwell Leadership Awards Program. This awards program was the vision of internationally renowned leadership author, John C. Maxwell.
In addition to her countless volunteer activities, Linda has chaired various boards, including creating and chairing the Women’s Advisory Board for Museum of the Bible for over 3 years. Most recently, she has been producing patriotic and Biblically- inspired fashion shows for charitable organizations.
Our Story
Linda and her husband Ken live in Central Florida and have three adult children and five adorable grandsons. They both love entertaining and teaching young married couples the importance of cooking, eating, and praying together as a family which shapes and strengthens a healthy family culture.
Ken Koldenhoven loves to cook and is a self taught gourmet chef for his family and friends. He especially loves to cook with foods from the Bible, and is committed to serving his family and spending time around the table with loved ones.
We are at a time in our lives that we can step out and share the impact that fashion, food and the arts can have on each other, our families and loved ones. With Ken’s love for sharing his cooking talent, Linda’s background in the fashion and entertainment industry, and their family’s combined love of the arts, Creating For Him was born. A wonderful way to help others glorify God through these three beautiful God-given areas.
